Accelerated CFI Initial - $6,150
Ready to share your passion for aviation with others? Our accelerated CFI program will help you earn your CFI  in the most cost-effective and efficient way without sacrificing safety and reliability. Our program is designed to incorporate opportunities to gain valuable experience working alongside other students from the time you arrive. Students from out of town can fly commercially into Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Plan on spending 10 days in the area. Your checkride will be scheduled for you prior to your arrival.

What's included**:

• 10 hours of aircraft rental (C-172 or RV-12iS,)
• 10 hours of dual flight instruction
• 25 hours of ground instruction
• 2 hours of aircraft rental for check ride

Requirements Prior to Arrival:

• FAA Fundamentals of Instruction  Written Exam Passed
• FAA Flight Instructor-Airplane Written Exam Passed
  • We encourage the use of the Sheppard Air program for studying for these exams!
• Purchase Divergent Aerospace CFI binder
• Spin Training Endorsement

  • $6,150 due upon arrival

*Does not include the pilot examiner's fee for the checkride.
