What is LIFT?

At Gregg Aviation, we believe success means giving back. The LIFT
Program was created to invest in people, support our communities,
​and provide resources when they are needed most.
Through scholarships, volunteer opportunities, employee assistance,
​and charitable giving, we are committed to making a lasting impact.

​Scholarships

Each year the scholarship committee awards various scholarships to applicants who are preparing for careers in aviation. Currently, the Russell E. Gregg Memorial Scholarship provides two scholarships to applicants doing flight training or aviation maintenance training each spring and fall.

​LIFT Fund

Life happens - and we want to support our team members when it does. Full-time and part-time employees (as well as contractors) can apply for assistance through the LIFT Fund when the unexpected happens to help ease some of the burden.

​Volunteer PTO & Donations

Full-time and part-time employees annually receive 8 hours of paid time off to use to volunteer for a organization of their choice. Should the team member choose not to volunteer, the equivalent of their 8 hours is donated in their name to the organization of their choosing.

  • Age 18+
  • Pursuing aviation education
  • Passion for the aviation industry​

EMPLOYEES MAY

  • Volunteer with a nonprofit
  • Support local community projects
