Gregg Aviation Announces New Scholarships

Oakdale, Minn.: Gregg Aviation is proud to announce the Russell E. Gregg Memorial Scholarship as part of the new Lifting Individuals and Families Together (LIFT) Program, a new company initiative focused on strengthening communities, supporting team members, and creating opportunities for individuals and families.

Named after CEO Chris Gregg's grandfather, the new scholarship is intended to help aspiring aviators and mechanics take the next step toward their careers in aviation. The program is open to individuals ages 18 or older who are pursuing flight or aircraft maintenance training. 

"Gregg Aviation was built on the idea of mentoring and teaching the next generation of aviators and mechanics, along with giving back to the communities that support us. This scholarship is the next step in our commitment to 'Taking Flight With Purpose' and I want to honor my grandfather and his love of aviation by helping others reach their dreams," says Chris Gregg, CEO.

This year the company will award two one-time $500 scholarships to applicants who exemplify the company's first two core values:
